Dive into Learning with Oceans of Imagination! For over two decades since 2002, we’ve been the trusted choice for families, providing expertly developed swim programs and highly trained teachers. In fact, we’re the only swim school accredited with Swim England’s Level 3 Baby & Toddler training.
Welcome to ‘Oceans of Imagination’ – where fantastical islands and dynamic characters will take little ones on a vibrant and stimulating learning journey. Using tried and tested techniques, we’ve created an experience where learners will unlock new challenges as their skills develop and uncover missions around core aquatic skills, swimming strokes, and water safety. Our Water Babies classes cater to children from birth right up to school age, offering a progressive and engaging pathway for every stage of their development.

Turtle Tots
It’s incredibly important to us that our swim school offers parents and their babies the best swimming experience. You should always feel that you and your baby are at the centre of what we do, and that we are passionate about the progress you make together. We know that the sooner babies and toddlers are confident in water the better. It helps with so many different areas of their development. Our Turtle Tots programme offers you fun filled, rewarding and very special classes to share with your child, whilst teaching them a potentially life-saving skill. We’re proud to say our dedicated team of teachers are as highly trained as they can possibly be to ensure that all of the skills and techniques we’re using in the pool are based on the latest research to provide your baby with the best start in the water. They are tuned into the way your baby communicates at these early stages of their life to make sure we work at their pace and do the things they are happy to do. This is hugely important to us and will help to develop your baby’s life long love of the water. Lessons run across Bristol and North Somerset at many great venues. Our Wraxall & Henbury venues are all within a short drive of Portishead, and we look forward to welcoming you into the pool very soon!

Adventure Babies
At Adventure Babies, every session is built around the magic of storytelling. Snuggle up together with a beautiful book, then bring the story to life through sensory play, music, movement, and hands-on exploration. Your baby will hear, see, feel, smell, and experience the story in a way that supports language development, communication, confidence, and curiosity from the very beginning.
Our carefully planned sensory activities are designed to support all areas of baby and toddler development—from fine and gross motor skills to social interaction, emotional connection, and early literacy. You’ll also leave each class with simple, brilliant ideas you can use at home to continue your child’s learning through play.
Our amazing Adventure Babies team are passionate Early Years professionals who will guide and support you every step of the way, helping you feel confident in giving your baby or toddler the very best start

Now Hear This Music
Let’s Play!A first step into real music-making for our very youngest musicians – babies and toddlers
Sessions are play-based, with space for children to join in, observe, move around, or take things at their own pace. Grown-ups stay with their children and are part of the music too. There’s no pressure to perform, no expectation to “get it right,” and no set outcome to reach. Families are welcomed as they are, and curiosity is enough.
