Amythyst Therapy and Coaching

Amethyst Therapy & Coaching

Do you feel your emotions deeply, to the point they overwhelm you?Perhaps other people’s emotions impact you too?If you are feeling your emotions deeply, you can often feel hurt or tearful. And this can lead you to resenting your emotions. It can also lead you to feeling anxious. Your mind trying to figure out the ‘right’ thing to do. Spending hours worrying or overanalysing. If this is where you are, I have been there. It can leave you feeling depleted, stuck and alone. Especially if other people don’t seem to struggle in the way you do. Or they say things like ‘you are too sensitive’ or ‘just let it go and move on’.My name is Lydia and I am a therapist, certified coach, Highly Sensitive and founder of Amethyst Therapy & Coaching.I specialise in helping women who have an empathic nature and are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or controlled by their depth of feeling.Instead, I help them to build emotional resilience, have inner peace, emotional balance and feel confident in who they are.If you would like some help to change how you feel, visit

 The Ben Pritchard Foundation

Ben was just 8 years old when he died from a rare and very aggressive brain tumour called DIPG. Prior to his diagnosis he was a fit, healthy and happy young boy who loved football, both playing for his local team and watching Bristol City FC. In the weeks following Ben’s death, rather than being bombarded by help from professionals, Shane and Sarah, Ben’s parents, noted there was a huge gap in the market for reliable, ongoing support. Even less for bereaved siblings and nothing for other family members; grandparents, aunts and uncles. This is why they set up The Benjamin Pritchard Foundation – Be More Ben in June 2018. Be More Ben provides parents and families affected by the death of a child with networking opportunities, days out and activities and offers ongoing support services such as talking and complimentary therapies.
