The individuals & families who use Food Bank and Fresh Food at No4 come for a very wide variety of reasons. Some are familiar faces, some come just once or twice during a tricky time. All are welcomed, & we ask you not to worry about coming along if you need support, because any one of us could need support at some point.
When you come to see us feel free to chat to a volunteer who would be happy to help signpost you to any other support you might be looking for. They have a wealth of local knowledge.
